Link Crew

Link Crew is a group of student mentors (grades 10-12) that help freshmen successfully transition to EPCHS. This occurs during our Fresh Start day (August)  in addition to visits to Raider Hour throughout the school year. Some of the topics discussed are: respect, attitude, integrity, desire, responsibility, getting involved at EPCHS, time management, making good decisions, putting words into action, homecoming week, final exams, and planning for life after graduation.

Link Crew students are considered the leaders of our school. They set an example with their character, academic performance, and behavior. Grades are reviewed as well as discipline before a student is selected. Students must also listen to announcements in March/April to complete an Interest Application. Along with the application form, students are expected to have 3 Teacher Recommendations by the set deadline. Interviews may be scheduled as the last step in selection. Link Crew applicants are expected to follow each step of the application process by the deadline communicated in order to be selected.

Link Crew students should be strong communicators, checking their emails often to receive communication about expected Link Crew duties. These duties include, but are not limited to: Link Crew Training in August before Fresh Start Day, Fresh Start Day (August), Meet the Teacher Night (August), Parent/Teacher Conferences (October), Cocoa and Cram (December), and Kool-Aid and Cram (May).
