Danielle Empey is our Library Media Specialist at EPCHS. She is originally from Canton, Illinois and received her English degree from Bradley University, and her Masters in Library Science & Information from the University of Illinois. Danielle shares, "I want students and staff alike to feel represented in the resources available to them and to know that the library is a space for everyone." Aside from reading, in her free time she enjoys watching movies, thrifting and going to garage sales. 

Elizabeth Blackburn is our Library Assistant at EPCHS. She grew up in Washington, Illinois and graduated from Washington Community High School. She then obtained her Associates degree in Communications from Illinois Central College. She shares, "I've always loved high school aged students and I want to help them be the best they can be! From the short period I've been working here I've felt nothing but welcomed and supported by all the staff I've met. I look forward to the coming school year and getting to know more students and faculty." In her free time she enjoys working out, cleaning, tending to her flowers and garden, and reading.
