Amanda Rutledge is the Director of Special Services at EPCHS. Originally from East Peoria, Illinois, she attended East Peoria Community High School before attending Bradley University where she majored in Special Education and Elementary Education. After receiving her undergraduate, she obtained two master's degrees from Bradley University as well as her Director of Special Education endorsement from Illinois State University. Amanda shares, "What I love most about EPCHS specifically is that the community always shows up to support the students through academics, sports, and other extra-curricular events. I believe in students having access to quality post-secondary services that prepare them for college and/or career opportunities. I am most looking forward to building strong relationships with the staff, parents, and students in the community I live in. Additionally, I am looking forward to supporting the school community in providing the best possible services to our students and families.” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family by attending outdoor concerts, traveling, and boating.
Laura Monson is our School Social Worker and a part of the Special Services department; she has 10 years of experience in the role, all at EPCHS. Originally from Darien, she attended Hinsdale South High School before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Bradley University. She went on to get her Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Illinois Chicago. She shares, “I love being able to work with students starting as a freshmen and seeing how much they grow and mature during the time that they are enrolled at EPCHS. EPCHS feels like a family to me. The amount of love and support that there is in this community is unmatched!” Outside of work, she is obsessed with her dogs Bo and Lola, and she plants, woodworking and doing DIY projects at her house. She also loves photography and has enjoyed learning how to use her DSLR camera.

Sarah Haas is our School Psychologist and a part of the Special Services department. She is in her first year of being at EPCHS full-time, but has been contracted here on a part-time basis for the last ten years while working at TMCSEA. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, she attended Peoria Central High School before earning her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and her Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Western Illinois University. Sarah loves to help students find success and loves the caring people who work here at EPCHS. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and reading.
Tamme Laughlin-Dimitroff, MS, CCC, SLP/L is our Speech-Language Pathologist and a part of our Special Services department; she has over 31 years of experience, the last 21 of those being at EPCHS. Originally from Milan, Illinois, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Augustana College and her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology degree from Western Illinois University. Mrs. Dimitroff loves helping students figuring out how to believe in themselves and learn to communicate clearly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and fundraising for Hands Helping Haiti.
Angela Hoffman is the secretary of our Special Services department. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, she attended Limestone High School. She loves that at EPCHS everyone is so friendly and caring. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
